Warralily Central

Wednesday, 11 January 2017

For those of you who have just found Warralily, you may have just found us at the perfect time. 2017 will go down as surely the most significant year to date for a project that has been actively selling since June 2010.

Warralily Central
With the population surging towards 5000 residents, you can have confidence that if you decide to call Warralily home you will be moving into a well-developed and established community.

For our community to become the best that it can be, we will be celebrating the completion of three key milestones that will take Warralily from being an emerging community to a truly GREAT place to live. And the best bit is Warralily’s brand new neighbourhood Central Village will be right next door to it all.

Warralily Blvd is projected to be connected by April 2017
Why is this important? Well, this joins the villages of COAST & PROMENADE, creating a truly connected community. The boulevard will create a key transport link from Barwon Heads Road to Surf Coast Highway with residents being able to easily access everything that Warralily has to offer by foot, pedal or car. This connection will also create easier connections to the Ring Road and in the near future public transport will also be navigating the boulevard taking you to Geelong, Barwon Heads and Torquay.

Village Warralily to be open spring 2017

Brand new village style shopping precinct, with not just a signature  Woolworths store, but also Aldi calling Warralily Village home. There will also be a Pharmacy, Medical Centre, BWS, 24hr Gym, and an array of specialty stores. A new childcare centre, town square and City of Greater Geelong’s Wellness Centre offering maternal child health, community spaces and more will also be key to Warralily Village being a true village that services the needs of the community.
Inclusive Education Precinct – Stage One

Linked to Warralily Village is the Inclusive Education Precinct. The expansive site will be home to Armstrong Creek’s inclusive primary & special needs school, as well as a high school. There will also be shared community spaces that will be used outside of school hours for regular community programs and classes. The primary school campus is currently under construction, with works due to be complete by late 2017 and open for Term 1 on the 2018 school year. You won’t need to move your children to an alternative site for a high school as Oberon High (Belmont) is being relocated to the Warralily Education Precinct and will be open for the start of Term 1, 2021.

So, what if you could purchase a block of land in Warralily that is within walking distance to both Warralily Village & the Education Precinct?

Well now you can, Warralily Central as the name suggests is centrally located to the above and will offer 267 lots of various sizes to suit all buyers and the best thing is that everything that is promised to be on your doorstep will be there when you move in!

I know as a parent I would love to be able to walk my kids to school; take the whole family for a quick stroll to Warralily Village for coffee, chai Latte’s & hot Chocolates; as well as have a kick of the football at the local oval. You can do all of this, and more, if you decide to call Warralily Central home!

Stage One of Warralily Central is due to be released on February 4th. For more information on Warralily Central or to register your interest in the release visit us here.
