There’s free chocolate tasting upon arrival with the choice of either milk, white or dark chocolate pastilles or if you can’t decide you can ask staff for a free tasting from their other creations. They also offer free ice-cream tastings which is made inhouse, all churned daily to the Chocolaterie’s special recipe. You can also watch how the chocolate is made from making them to packing them.
 
It’s not just about the chocolate and ice-cream. If you’re hungry you can enjoy food at the Pod CafĂ© with produce from their garden featured on their menu. They’ve also got delicious pastries and tarts which are all made on a daily basis with barista brewed coffee and hot chocolates to enjoy. They have a seasonal menu of all day delights (breakfast, lunches and specialty desserts) so be sure to visit their website before visiting.
 
Being a family friendly place, they provide high chairs, a children’s menu and a children’s range of chocolates including giant freckles, chocolate coated jelly snakes and chocolate baby animals. They also offer activity sheets along with bats and balls for the kids to enjoy. Kids are also encouraged to head outside to see the manicured coastal setting, explore the native garden and run through the lavender field and sand play areas.
 
Visiting with friends, family or a large group? Why not book yourself into a hosted tasting for $3 per person (minimum of 10 people) or a truffle tasting session with one of their European Chocolatiers for $15 per person (minimum of 10 people).
