Central – 6 Months On
Warralily Overview

Warralily Boulevard opened to much fanfare with the broader Warralily community being very excited with the finished result. Given the journey from Barwon Heads Road to Surf Coast Highway now taking just under 5 minutes it has, no pun intended, bought our growing community that little bit closer together.
Speaking of growing community the population has now surged past 5,500 with Warralily & the greater Geelong region growing at an astounding rate. For those of you not aware, population growth is one of the key drivers of capital growth.

The Village Warralily is nearing completion and is on track to be open in late Spring with Woolworths already recruiting for positions for its new flagship store.  Along with the previously highlighted tenants, McDonalds & 7/11 who have both just recently made site starts. Our cafes and eats are all local providers such as Town and Country Pizza and Warralily Cockatoo. Joining them will be Sully’s Kiosk, The Peppered Goat and the Slippery Mackrel Fish and Chippery. Final negotiations are underway with a medical centre and Pharmacy, Gym, Nail bar, Ladies fashion, Lotto, Finance and Real Estate office.

The Blue Bird – Early Learning Centre has started construction with the expectation that it will be open and operating in 2018.

The Armstrong Education Precinct is also going from strength to strength with the internal fit out currently underway and enrolments currently taking place.

Which finally leads us to Warralily Central…. while the team knew that its location, well diverse lot mix and limited supply of 267 lots would put Central in hot demand, we were still taken aback by how quickly Central has been selling.

Originally projected to be sold out by mid-2019, our current projections are that Warralily Central will sold out by November this year. It is turning out to be an astounding result with the neighbourhood being sold out prior to the 1st title being registered. With strong price growth from stage 1 through to our current stage 6, the door is swiftly closing for those who wish to be able to walk to some outstanding soon to open infrastructure.

With only 2 remaining stages to be released time is running out, don’t be someone who lives with regrets  - Carpe Diem!
