Once your house is built and moving day arrives it’s time to choose your high speed broadband service provider who will arrange a fibre technician to install equipment outside and inside your home. On the day of installation, someone over 18, whose name is on the account must be home to approve the location.
The utility box is installed outside your home in an easy to access area, and a connection box will be installed inside. Don’t forget to choose a location, near a power point, in a dry, dust-free area and close to where you want your new Wi-Fi network.
