Keep Armstrong Creek Beautiful

Tuesday, 25 September 2018

As the weather heats up we will be spending more time outdoors enjoying family bike rides or hand-in-hand walks on the shared pathways along the creek. Listen out for the frogs along the way and follow the flitting of the native bird life, we are truly lucky to have this remarkable environment on our doorstep.

Keep Armstrong Creek Beautiful
Armstrong Creek wetland is a unique and beautiful waterway system which runs right through the heart of Warralily.

To maintain our beautiful parklands, the Armstrong Creek Community Group have committed to two clean up days a year. In March this year the children and adults came together to clean up Charlemont Conservation reserve and in October we invite you to join us to participate in Cleaning Up Armstrong Creek.

Did you know that Armstrong Creek was originally a very important Aboriginal waterway & meeting place?
As a community we have a responsibility to contribute to keeping our environment and surroundings clean and litter free for everyone to enjoy.
